(1) When using water resources, it should generally be done according to the following priority order:-
(a) Drinking Water and Domestic Use,
(b) Irrigation,
(c) Agricultural uses such as animal husbandry and fishery (d) Hydroelectricity,
(e) Domestic industry, industrial business and mining use,
(f) Water Transport,
(g) Amod Pramodjanya usage,
(h) Other Uses.
(2) If any dispute arises during the use of water resources, the designated committee shall determine whether the water resources have been used beneficially or not according to sub-section (3) of sub-section (3) of sub-section (1) and other necessary investigations on the basis of which the relevant water resources may not be used or in what manner. Will determine what can be done.
(3) What is determined by the committee as per sub-section (2) shall be valid for all concerned.
(4) The procedure to be adopted by the committee appointed under sub-section (2) in determining the matters mentioned in the same sub-section shall be as prescribed.
